By making a booking through our Service, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Accommodation Provider. Hostoriq acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Accommodation Provider.

Payments made through our Service are processed by our payment service providers. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions.

All prices displayed on our Service include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Each booking may be subject to specific cancellation and modification policies as set by the Accommodation Provider. These policies will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.

Hostoriq reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of fraud, illegal activity, or if the booking was made in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hostoriq and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hostoriq.

7. User Conduct
